Sakis Amaxopoulos is an experienced Business Development Director with more than 25 years of expertise in Data Center Services across Greece and international markets.

Having served in senior leadership roles at Digital Realty (ex Lamda Hellix), he has played a pivotal role in shaping strategic growth, driving key customer relationships, and leading major data center and ICT infrastructure projects in Greece, Cyprus, the UAE, Nigeria, Malta, and other regions.

With deep knowledge in data center design, construction, operations, managed ICT services, and commercialization of advanced digital infrastructure solutions, Sakis is recognized for his strategic vision, analytical mindset, and ability to lead complex, large-scale technology projects.

He also represents Digital Realty Greece in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives, actively shaping the company’s contribution to sustainability, education, and technological empowerment in the country.

In addition, Athanasios serves as Board of Directors Coordinator at the Greek Data Center Association (GRDCA), promoting industry collaboration, policy development, and the advancement of Greece as a regional digital hub.

He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the National Technical University of Athens.
